Flat pricing you can do in your head.

Photos are $5 for every 100. Video is $5 per hour of footage. We round up to the next 100 photos or full hour. You are responsible for shipping originals to TOAD.

One photo or one hundred: five bucks.

$5 per hour of footage

A half-hour recording is $5. A 90-minute recording is $10.

We will copy your finished files to a new USB drive and ship it to you for a flat $25. Return shipping for original media is separate.

    Choose what you have

    Tell us how many photos, VHS or VHS-C tapes, and home-recorded DVDs you are sending. Checkout covers every group of up to 100 photos and the first hour of each tape or disc.

  2. 02

    Ship or drop off

    You pay to ship your originals to TOAD. Local handoff is available by appointment in Central Ohio.

  3. 03

    We digitize and verify

    We count the photos, capture the recorded video time, and contact you before charging for any additional hours.

  4. 04

    Download and decide

    Your private link is included. Choose paid return shipping, local pickup, or destruction and disposal of the originals.

Before you seal the box.

Is shipping included?

No. You pay to ship originals to TOAD. If you want them returned, we bill the exact return-postage cost separately before shipping them back.

What happens if I do not want the originals back?

After delivery and the 30-day download window, originals marked for disposal are destroyed and discarded. That choice cannot be reversed.

How long do you keep my digital files?

Files are retained for 30 days after delivery, then deleted. Download them promptly and keep at least two backups.

Can I drop everything off locally?

Yes. Drop-off and pickup can be arranged by appointment in Central Ohio. The work location is not open for unscheduled visits.

What if my recording is longer than I estimated?

Checkout covers the first hour of every tape or DVD. After we measure the footage, we bill each additional hour at $5, rounding up to the next hour.
